If you have a WellHub benefit and want to cancel your plan, you can easily do so from the app or the web. Here’s how:
1. Cancel your plan from the app
Go to the "More" section: Log in to your account and navigate to the "More" section, identified by a gear icon, located at the bottom right of the screen.
Select "My Plan": Inside the "Account" section, click on "My Plan".
Cancel your subscription: Click on the "Cancel Subscription" option. This will schedule your plan to not renew. Once the renewal date arrives, your plan will be automatically canceled.
2. Cancel your plan from the web
Go to the "My Account" section: Log in to your account and navigate to the "My Account" section, which you will find by clicking on your profile.
Cancel your subscription: Click on the "Cancel Subscription" option. Just like in the app, your plan will be scheduled to not renew and will automatically cancel on the renewal date.
