If you have a Wellhub benefit, activating your therapy plan on Ifeel is very simple. Follow these steps, whether you’re using the app or the website:
Creating your account
1. Register on Wellhub:
- Register with Wellhub using your corporate email address.
2. Activate your ifeel account linked to Wellhub:
- Search for "ifeel" on the Wellhub "explore" section.
- Follow the instructions to access the Ifeel website via the ‘Get’ button.
- Create an Ifeel account by clicking on ‘Create new account’ and complete your registration with the same email address you have registered in Wellhub.
Activating your plan
1. Go to the "Therapy" or "Support" section
- Log in to your account via the website or the mobile app.
- At the bottom center of the screen, you’ll find the "Therapy" or "Support" section, located between "Self-Care" and "More". Click there to continue.
2. Select "Plans" or "Start Therapy"
- Once inside the section, you’ll see a button at the top right labeled "Plans" or "Start Therapy". Click on this option to view the plans available under your Wellhub benefit.
3. Activate your Wellhub plan
- Based on the benefit you have with Wellhub, you’ll be able to activate one of these plans:
- Text Therapy Plan.
- Video Call Therapy Plan.
- Once you activate your plan, the option corresponding to your Wellhub subscription will be activated automatically.
4. Enjoy your plan
Once activated, you’ll have immediate access to the therapy services included in your Wellhub benefit. A Welcome Agent will match you with a therapist and you will be able to interact with them via chat or schedule video calls, depending on the plan you’ve activated.
