If you have a corporate benefit and wish to cancel your plan, the process is very simple. You just need to contact our Customer Care Team. Here’s how to do it:
1. Request the cancellation of your plan
Access the Chat from the app or the web.
On the app, you will find the chat in the "More" section, selecting "Help".
On the web, from the conversation with your therapist you can select the agent icon and you will be directed to the support chat.
Inform the team that you want to cancel your plan.
2. Cancellation process
Once you’ve communicated your request, the Customer Care Team will proceed with canceling your plan.
