If you have a corporate benefit and want to change your subscription to a different plan, you can contact the Customer Care team to get information on your plan's coverage. Depending on your provider, the plans you have access to may vary, the team will be able to give you this information and will help you handling any requests in this regard.
To contact the Customer Care Team you just need to access the Chat from the app or the web.
On the app, you will find the chat in the "More" section, selecting "Help".
On the web, from the conversation with your therapist you can select the agent icon and you will be directed to the support chat.
