If you have purchased a quarterly or semi-annual plan, you have the option to pause your plan for up to 30 days. Here’s how it works:
What happens during the pause?
During the pause period, you will not be charged. You won't have access to the conversation with your therapist, but your slot with him or her will be saved during this time to ensure you can continue with the same professional upon your return.
Your plan’s renewal date will automatically adjust once the pause ends. This means the pause duration will be added to the end of your current cycle.
Practical example
If you pause your plan for 15 days, your renewal date will be pushed forward by 15 days. This ensures you don’t lose any time from your subscription.
