1. Request your receipt
Access the "Help" chat from the app or the web (it can be found on the "More" section).
Send a message requesting the receipt for your plan payment.

2. Receive the receipt via email
Once your request is made, the Customer Care Team will send the receipt to the email address associated with your ifeel account.
