If you want to change your private purchased plan to a different subscription on Ifeel, you can easily do so from the app or the web. Here’s how:
1. Change your subscription from the app
- Go to the "More" section: Log in to your account and navigate to the "More" section, identified by a gear icon, located at the bottom right of the screen.
- Select "My Plan": Inside the "Account" section, click on "My Plan".
- Change your subscription: You’ll see a button labeled "Change Subscription". Click on this button to view the available plans and select the new plan you want to switch to.
2. Change your subscription from the web
- Access your profile: Log in to your account and click on your username, which appears at the top left of the screen.
- Select "My Account": From the dropdown menu, click on the "My Account" option.
- Choose a new plan: In this section, you’ll find a button labeled "Choose Another Plan". Click on this button to view the available options and select the plan that best suits your needs.
