Scheduling a session with your therapist on Ifeel is a simple process that you can do directly through the platform. Here are the two available ways to schedule your session:
1. Schedule a session using the calendar
- Access the chat with your therapist: Log in to your account via the website or the mobile app. Go to the "Therapy" section, located at the bottom of the screen, between "Self-Care" and "More".
- Click on the calendar icon: At the top of the chat with your therapist, you’ll see a calendar icon. Click on this icon to view your therapist's availability.
- Select the time that works best for you: In the calendar, choose the date and time that suits you best. Once selected, confirm the session.
- If you can't see any available slots on your therapist's calendar, it's possible that they have not updated their available slots. Contact your therapist directly through the chat to schedule the session.
2. Schedule a session through the chat
- Alternatively, you can schedule a session directly with your therapist through the chat.
- Write to your therapist proposing a date and time for the session, and together you can agree on the schedule that works best for both of you.
