How do I use ifeel? What resources will I find?
In ifeel you can find numerous well-being and mental health resources available in its platform such as:
➔ Self-Care content: in your personal space you will find articles, meditations, exercises and your favorite content in order to take care of yourself on your own, without the interaction with a therapist.
➔ Monthly Emotional Check-up: Short (5 minutes) test that tells you where you are with respect to 6 dimensions of emotional well-being. It is based on the Ryff scale.
The scores obtained will give you your starting point, which will show you the aspects you need to work on. You will be able to share your results with your therapist, who will guide you on how you can work on the areas you need to work on.
Recommended on a monthly or bimonthly basis.
➔ Mood tracker: Record your moods daily and discover what factors are determining them. This self-knowledge is the basis for being well with yourself and with others.
➔ Journal: monitor the results of your Mood Tracker and refer back to content according to specific emotions and dates during your journey.
➔ Statistics: graphic representations of your evolution. Keep track of your moods and the factors that influence it and unlock achievements during your journey.
➔ Favorites: Highlight and access your preferred or most cherished articles, exercises, or meditations.
➔ Support Chat: with a wide network of clinical psychologists offering assistance in more than 6 languages, your Welcome Agent will walk you through the ifeel solution, where you can work and take care of your mental well-being. You can ask them to start a therapy process, or they can recommend it to you as well.
➔ Therapy chat: you ́ll be able to access professional and emotional support with one of our psychologists. This is a safe and confidential space where you can share your thoughts and concerns. Your therapist will share relevant resources with you by text or audio messages every week and help you to achieve your goals over time.
➔ Therapy Video Sessions: this space offers you the opportunity to focus on those aspects that you need help with in your personal, work, or social life. The therapy is carried out by video calls that last 40 minutes long.
➔ Help Centre: The ifeel Help Centre is a platform designed to provide support and useful resources related to our platform. Here, users can find answers to frequently asked questions, practical guides, and informative articles to optimise their experience. Additionally, if you need personalised assistance, you can submit requests directly to our support team via the Submit a request button, located at the top right of the page.
