Voice notes on Ifeel are a feature designed to facilitate communication between users and their therapists. However, their availability and usage depend on the type of plan you have. Below, we explain how they work and the specific conditions for each plan:
1. Plans that allow sending voice notes
Video call plans (private and corporate):
Users with video call plans have access to sending voice notes, but these are intended exclusively for administrative purposes, such as scheduling, modifying, or canceling sessions.
- Monthly video private plans do not have access to the voice note feature.
- Limitations:
- Maximum of 2 minutes per voice note.
- Limit of 1 voice note per day.
Private chat plans:
Chat plans allow users to send voice notes for any purpose, whether for therapy-related topics or administrative matters. However, this feature is available only for quarterly and semi-annual plans.
- Monthly chat plans do not have access to the voice note feature.
- Limitations:
- Maximum of 2 minutes per voice note.
- Limit of 1 voice note per day.
Text therapy plans (corporate):
Text Therapy plans allow users to send voice notes for any purpose, whether for therapy-related topics or administrative matters.
- Limitations:
- Maximum of 2 minutes per voice note.

2. Conditions for sending voice notes
- Maximum duration: Each voice note can have a maximum duration of 2 minutes.
- Daily limit: You can send one voice note per day.
- Unlimited reception: There is no limit to receiving voice notes, meaning your therapist can send you audios without restrictions.
3. How to send a voice note
To send a voice note, follow these steps:
- Access the chat with your therapist: Go to the "Therapy" section, located at the bottom of the screen, between "Self-Care" and "More", and open the chat with your therapist.
- Click on the microphone icon: In the bottom bar of the chat, where you can type messages, you’ll see a microphone icon on the right side.
- Record your voice note: Press and hold the microphone icon while recording your message. Release it to send the audio automatically.
4. Important notes
- Ensure that your plan allows sending voice notes before attempting to use this feature.
- If you have a text therapy plan, remember that you can only send voice notes from the app.
- Voice notes in video call plans are exclusively for administrative purposes, such as managing sessions.
