Sharing documents with your therapist through Ifeel's chat is a simple process, but there are a few important considerations to keep in mind. Below, we explain how to upload and share files from the app or the website.
1. Allowed file formats
- You can only share files in PDF or JPG format.
- Files in other formats cannot be sent. Make sure to convert your document to the appropriate format before uploading it.
2. Access the chat with your therapist
- Log in to your account via the website or the mobile app.
- Go to the "Therapy" section, located at the bottom of the screen, between "Self-Care" and "More".
- Once inside, open the chat with your therapist.
3. Send the file
- In the bottom bar of the chat, where you can type your message, you’ll see a clip icon on the left side.
- Click on the clip icon to open your device’s file explorer.
- Select the file in PDF or JPG format that you want to send.
- Once selected, the file will be sent directly to your therapist through the chat.
4. Confirm the upload
- Verify that the file has been sent successfully. It will appear in the chat as a sent message, and your therapist will be able to download it.
