If you need to change or reschedule a session on Ifeel, you can do so easily by following these steps:
1. Communicate your request to your therapist
- Access the chat with your therapist, which you’ll find in the "Therapy" section, located at the bottom of the screen, between "Self-Care" and "More".
- Write to your therapist to let them know that you want to cancel the current session and reschedule it.
2. Session cancellation
- Once you inform your therapist, they will manually cancel the scheduled session.
3. Reschedule your session
- After the session is canceled, you can reschedule it in two ways:
- Using the calendar icon: Click on the calendar icon at the top of the chat with your therapist and select a new available time.
- Coordinating directly with your therapist: You can agree on the new date and time through the chat with your therapist.
4. Important: 24-hour notice
- Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
- If this notice is not provided, the therapist may count the session as completed.
