Changing your password on Ifeel is a simple process that you can do through the app or the web version. Below, we explain the steps to follow:
1. Change your password from the app
- Go to the "More" section: Log in to your account and navigate to the "More" section, identified by a gear icon, located at the bottom right of the screen.
- Select the security section: Inside the "More" section, you’ll find a section called "Security".
- Change your password: Click on "Change Password". Enter your current password and then input the new password you want to set. Make sure it meets the security requirements.
2. Change your password from the web
- Access your profile: Log in to your account and click on your username, which appears at the top left of the screen.
- Select "My Account": From the dropdown menu, click on the "My Account" option.
- Edit your password: In this section, you’ll see an area with your email and password. Next to the password, you’ll find a button labeled "Edit". Click this button to change your password. Enter your current password and then your new password.
3. Important Notes
- Make sure to choose a secure password that combines letters, numbers, and special characters.
- If you have trouble changing your password or don’t remember your current one, you can use the password recovery option on the login screen.
