If you wish to change the email address that is associated with your account, you must first consider the following guidelines:
- If you have a business collaboration account, the email address associated with your account must be the one provided by your company.
- If you have an account linked to your Wellhub subscription, the email address registered in ifeel must be the same as the one registered in Wellhub in order to maintain the benefit of your subscription.
To request a change of the email address of your account, you need to submit a request to our Support team or contact us through the Help chat, indicating your current email address and the new address you wish to set up, and they will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the change.
